Boardroom Projects is a boutique studio specializing in design, project management and real estate development. We pride ourselves in honoring history, authenticity and context while creating spaces that make people feel like they are right where they belong. We design homes that have a connection to their neighborhood and reimagine places that foster a sense of connection to their community.  Some of our partners have called us creative, thoughtful, savvy and relatable. We’re really just doing what we know and love — designing and developing intentional spaces that impact families, neighborhoods and communities for the better.  From new builds to remodels to adaptive reuse development projects, we balance possibility with practicality to design places built for the beauty and necessity of everyday life.

Hi,
I'm Lindsey!

Confession Time: I never exactly meant for Boardroom Projects to become a thing, but sometimes our callings in life just find a way. As a young girl, I’d wake up every Saturday morning, grab the classified ad section of the Arizona Republic and beg my mom to take me out to see open houses. I would come home and spend my entire weekend sketching the elevations, drawing the floor plans and reimagining the spaces. I’ve always been fascinated with the ways places can make you feel and as a proud 5th generation Phoenician, I love getting to play a role in honoring our city’s past while reimagining places that strengthen the connection between people and the places they share. Creating spaces that people love living, learning, working and playing in is truly one of my favorite things to do. After years of working in real estate development, I brought my experience in design execution, architecture and construction to life by collaborating with good humans to design + develop spaces we are really proud of. Before I knew it, I was standing in what is now the "boardroom" — a creative command station papered with inspiration boards, design sketches and building plans. Welcome in!

I can’t recommend Lindsey’s design, architectural, and project management skills enough. I was looking for a larger commercial space to relocate my medical business for over two years. Shortly after hiring Lindsey to work on the project, she found me the perfect location to purchase.
